Q & A

Q:         How do I bet on the e-Combo selections?

A:         A simple level eachway bet (say 2.0% EW) on each selection. Increase your bets in ratio to the bank.

Q:         How many bets per month?

A:         This amazing strategy averages about 10 bets per month.

Q:         How do I know if the selection is from the eRates or Elite Ratings?

A:         The eRate qualifiers are identified “eRate” and the Elite Ratings qualifiers are identified as “Elite”.

 Q:         Any results available?

A:         Yes, online interactive Excel spreadsheet.

Q:         Do all Superbets automatically become e-Combo selections?

A:         Not necessarily. It is a different strategy resulting in some SuperBet qualifiers missing selection and some non-SuperBets getting the nod.

Q:         Are all qualifiers Top-Rated Elite or eRate selections?

A:         Yes, only Top-Raters can qualify.

Q:         The multi results generated by these selections should be very profitable. Have you studied the multis and have you got a recommendation as to how to structure the multi bets?

A:         I have not completed an analysis as yet but I am going to as soon as I can. I would expect that a one-out type multi with the field for the place legs would produce good profits and occasionally a windfall result like King Carnage’s $11,000+ trifecta would be the icing on the cake; More on that later.

Q:         Are there still runs of outs?

A:         We are betting on horses and jockeys and with a reasonably high-action plan, runs of outs are unavoidable. There were six straight wipe-outs (2% EW x 6 = -24%) in July 2008. There were a few five-straight losing races, not necessarily wipeouts. 152 of the 318 races did not make an eachway profit (average loss was -$3.24). 160 of the 318 races made an eachway profit averaging + $ 7.79. Six were breakeven results. It is therefore reasonable to expect that more than half of your bets will result in eachway profit.
