Q: What time can I get the selections?
A: The race-day information comes on line between 10.30am and 11.00am raceday. (Internet, Phone, Fax, sms message)

Q: Your results are amazing, do you win all the time?
A: Our long-term results are way ahead of what other racing services can dream to achieve however losing runs are inevitable when you are betting on horses and jockeys. Fortunately the good runs make a lot more profit than the bad runs lose but unfortunately, many punters can't take the heat. Last season ended with a prolonged run of outs with few winners from April through July. We are looking forward to the post carnival racing because losing runs are always followed by winning streaks.  The members who do apply a bank with discipline and determination are doing very well. Many are making a living from Elite leading edge methods. 

Q: Why do you concentrate only on Melbourne Races?
A: The best racing is in Melbourne and the value is and always has been better than other states. Elite committed to stick with Melbourne only in 1987 and has not waivered from that decision in 23 years. The amount of time we put into the analysis of each individual rated race does not allow us time to rate interstate anyway. There are plenty of services that rate all races in all states every day of the week. You can imagine the average time that they spend on any given race with their push of a button computer tips.
Q: I heard that you close down during the Spring Carnival?
A: No, Elite Ratings continue on right through the Melbourne spring carnival. It is tough going for straight-out punters and the bookies make most of their yearly income during this period. Our main betting strategies take a break but the ratings continue to consistently set up massive multi collects.
Q: Do you provide staking plans with your strategies?
A: Yes, all Elite strategies come with a staking plan. We know when selections have the greatest chance of winning and bet up accordingly. For example we know that a certain type of Super eRate Top-Rated Bet will win at around 70% of the time. They only appear every couple of months but the bet on these rare gems obviously must be bigger than the normal stake on our 40% strike rate selections. All staking strategies are designed to make the most of winning runs and reduce the pain in the down periods that must be expected when betting on horses and jockeys. We do not chase losses!
Q: I notice that the raceday Elite Ratings and eRate sheets are more simplified than they used to be.
A: That is correct. The ratings are the result of crunching a massive amount of data and we tried to pass on as much of this information to clients as we could. Unfortunately in our endeavour to inform we actually confused members. The feedback has strongly told us to spare the detail and simply provide the essentials to win. The raceday information is now 100% user friendly where clients get the result of all the work in a simple to use, ready to win format.

Q: I want to take advantage of your cheap yearly membership, can I pull out and get a refund if I am not happy?
A: There are two payment options for Elite membership: Pay in advance for a pre-determined period, usually 12 months or longer. This is the cheapest and easiest option. Pay as you go: This involves an up front deposit then monthly instalments usually fixed for a twelve months membership period then automatically becoming perpetual so the original monthly amount is locked in for as long as you want to continue with Elite. Both options are a legally binding contract for the agreed period and cannot be stopped mid-term for a refund or cessation of monthly instalments. Although Elite's selections and methods provide the best chance of winning at racing, Elite membership is not guaranteed or performance based. Valuable intellectual property of Elite Racing is passed on to members upon joining and any consideration of a refund or cessation of monthly payments would only be in extreme personal cases and is at the sole discretion of Elite Racing. Any shortened term of contract agreed to by Elite Racing will put in effect and make immediately due the retrospective cost of $100.00 per week for the period of membership already supplied.
